FROM INITIAL DESIGN TO VOLUME PRODUCTION-READINESS

State-of-the-art CAD software enables the approved initial design to be converted into three-dimensional space. By depicting all the constructional details, we can work on more approaches to the solution and validate them using calculation modules. The product module which until then only existed in a virtual world becomes a real, functional prototype which can be used to check the development result and can be approved by the customer. The volume production capability of the individual production and assembly processes are proven using initial prototypes in the subsequent prototype production stage. This phase is completed when the customer approves the initial prototypes which are now used as references for delivery.
